Shipping Policy

Every Aurel order is shipped fully insured, in tamper-evident packaging, and requires a signature on delivery.

Delivery options

• Standard insured delivery — 3–5 business days. Complimentary on orders over $100.
• Express — 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same day.
• White-glove courier — hand delivery by appointment within New York City.

Processing time

Each watch is inspected, regulated where applicable and photographed before dispatch. Most orders leave our atelier within one business day.

International orders

We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Import duties and taxes are calculated by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also follow progress from your account.
